How the Precision Pumping System of the Aluminum Lotion Pump Controls the Dispensing of the Right Amount of Liquid with Each Press?

Industry News-

1. Quantitative Control Design

The aluminum lotion cream pump features a quantitative dispensing design to ensure a consistent amount of liquid is dispensed with each press. Inside the pump head, there is a quantitative dispensing mechanism (such as a precision pump core and conduit). Each time the pump is pressed, this mechanism precisely controls the liquid flow through designed stroke lengths and liquid channel limitations, ensuring consistent liquid dispensing.

2. Pump Core and Spring System

The pump core controls the liquid volume through precise stroke adjustments, and the spring provides consistent rebound force to ensure the same pressure is applied with each press. The spring system is also adaptable to products with varying viscosities, ensuring effective dispensing of high-viscosity products like creams.

3. Sealing System and Backflow Mechanism

The aluminum lotion pump is equipped with an efficient sealing system that prevents leakage when not in use and maintains stable pressure within the pump. The backflow design ensures that after each press, the liquid is drawn back into the bottle, maintaining pressure balance and preventing excess liquid from remaining in the pump head. This ensures that the liquid dispensed on the next press is always precise.

4. Adaptation to Different Product Viscosities

For high-viscosity creams, the spring tension and pump core design are more compact, requiring greater pressure to push the product out, ensuring the right amount of cream is dispensed with each press.

For low-viscosity liquids, the pump design allows for faster fluid flow during pressing, easily dispensing the right amount of liquid.

5. Liquid Flow and Pressure Balance

Each press of the pump adjusts the internal pressure balance system to regulate the fluid flow rate, preventing over-dispensing or under-dispensing. The liquid conduit inside the pump is typically equipped with a flow limiter to ensure the liquid flow stays within the ideal range, preventing waste and improving dispensing efficiency.

6. Prevention of Clogging and Leaking

The aluminum lotion pump is equipped with sealing and anti-clogging designs to minimize the impact of impurities from lotions and creams on the pump head. The pump head's design ensures that no leakage or clogging occurs under different product and environmental conditions, guaranteeing smooth dispensing of the right amount of liquid with every press.
